At JioPerfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Products without original packaging or missing seal
  • Gift sets that have been partially used
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@jioperfume.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days after return approval
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 2-3 business days

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Exchange Policy

We offer one-time free exchange on sealed products within 7 days if you wish to change the fragrance. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value. Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Prepaid order refunds for cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days.
